Communicating change requires an intentional approach–one that honors the objectives of the change initiative and is integrated into the initiative timeline. But when a company launches a change, it’s not unusual for internal communications professionals to find themselves under pressure to communicate immediately and often, without a thought or a plan. In my experience, people run around like their hair is on fire.
